Artist Bio

Sarah Ambrosius is a fiber artist and textile designer based in Madison WI. Her work explores how woven textiles register touch, weight, and time, revealing those interactions on the surface. Each weaving becomes a shifting landscape that records movements and pattern choices within the grid, where structural matrices and organic transitions gradually alter form and color.

Ambrosius received her BS in Textiles and Fashion Design from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2026.
